Hello Kitty Kakinoha Persimmon Leaf Sushi. Persimmon Leaf Sushi is a kind of sushi which is wrapped in a persimmon leaf. Normally, we don't eat persimmon leaves, but the smell of persimmon leaves make the sushi good taste. So we can eat them without soy sauce(normal sushi is eaten with soy sauce and wasabi). It's a traditional dish of Asuka(Nara prefecture), which has been cooked at each home and served as a delicacy for festivals. If you have a chance, please try it!
